Job summary

Agency for Integrated Care (Singapore) is seeking a Senior Executive to support planning, coordination, delivery and continuous improvement of Community Care sector events and awards platforms. You will translate sector needs into impactful programmes and engage diverse stakeholders.

You will manage end-to-end event logistics, oversee nominations, coordinate workshops and large conferences, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Recognised degree with 2–5 years in awards administration, event management, conference planning, or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating awards and recognition programmes, including nomination administration, evaluation, and communications.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in nomination records, submissions, documentation, and reporting.
• Experience in coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders and managing concurrent timelines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to liaise with internal/external partners and nominees.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and handle confidential information.
• Experience supporting virtual, hybrid, or in-person award ceremonies is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of Community Care sector events, including awards platforms.
• Coordinate sector workshops, engagement sessions, and conferences, including leadership learning journeys.
• Manage procurement, timeline tracking, budget monitoring, and delivery planning for sector events.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, vendors and partners to ensure successful events.
• Maintain and update the organisation’s events calendar and reflect information across communications touchpoints.
• Prepare event-related reports, post-event reviews, and management updates with outcomes and recommendations.
• Provide operational and administrative support for sector engagement activities and contribute to process improvements.
