Job summary

HOME (Humanitarian Organization for Migration Economics) in Singapore seeks a Senior Communications and Partnerships Manager to lead public communications, external engagement, and fundraising support. You will translate advocacy into clear messages, build trusted partner relationships, and oversee proposals and reports.

You will manage a small team, coordinate multi-channel content, and ensure timely delivery of high‑quality communications and grant materials to advance HOME’s mission.

Qualifications

• A degree or equivalent in communications, journalism, PR, marketing or partnerships.
• At least five years leading communications, editorial work, or partnerships.
• Experience with grants, donor reporting and charitable contexts is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an annual communications plan and content calendar.
• Set editorial direction and maintain a consistent organisational voice across channels.
• Coordinate media relations and respond to enquiries.
• Build and manage partnerships with organisations, funders and partners.
• Draft grant applications and donor impact reports.
• Supervise the Communications Executive and volunteers; ensure timely outputs.
• Oversee boards’ quarterly reports and HOME’s annual report.
