Job summary

SG Her Empowerment Limited in Singapore seeks a Communications Manager to lead day-to-day brand and media strategy, reporting to the Director, Communications & Engagement. This hands-on role covers media, content, digital, and campaigns, collaborating with Programme, Research, and SHECARES teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Media, Journalism, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in communications, media, or public relations.
• Strong writing skills across formats — press releases, social copy, web content, reports.
• Proven experience in media relations — pitching, coordinating, and monitoring.
• Proficiency in social media management across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Experience with Canva and Meta Business Suite.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Open to Singaporeans and PRs only.

Responsibilities

• Support media outreach and maintain media contact databases.
• Draft press releases, media pitches, fact sheets, key messages, and media responses.
• Coordinate media interviews, press events, and media enquiries.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare regular media monitoring reports.
• Develop and curate content for social media, website, press releases, annual report, and campaign materials.
• Manage external vendors to conceptualise social media campaigns and design visuals across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Coordinate with designers, videographers, and vendors for digital assets and content production.
• Manage and update SHE's social media platforms and website.
• Plan, manage, and execute paid social media campaigns.
• Manage SEO and SEM efforts to strengthen SHE's digital presence.
• Take over project management of SHE's corporate website redevelopment; liaise with the identified vendor; coordinate internal stakeholders.
