Job summary

Humanitarian Organization for Migration Economics (HOME) in Singapore seeks a Senior Communications and Partnerships Manager to lead public communications and external engagement. Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English with ability to adapt complex information for different audiences.
• Strong editorial judgement and attention to accuracy, tone and reputational risk.
• Sound project management and organisational skills with multiple deadlines.
• Collaborative management style with team and volunteers.
• Experience in charity, social impact, human rights, labour or community settings is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an annual communications plan and content calendar aligned with HOME's priorities and fundraising needs.
• Set editorial direction and maintain a consistent organisational voice across HOME's channels and reports.
• Coordinate responses to media enquiries and oversee the general contact email and inquiries.
• Develop and maintain relationships with companies, foundations, government agencies, schools and civil society partners.
• Draft and coordinate grant applications and donor impact reports to support fundraising goals.
• Supervise, coach and provide performance feedback to the Communications Executive and volunteers.
