Job summary

Global Health Strategies (GHS) is building a Singapore practice to serve partners across Southeast Asia and the wider region. We are hiring a Manager to support its development who will be the company’s face to government, multilateral and philanthropic partners in Singapore and the region.

The role focuses on managing day-to-day functions such as client and partner relations, overseeing project deliverables and working with the Senior Advisor and GHS leadership to build relationships with key

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in global health, public health policy, government affairs or strategic communications.
• Established, trusted relationships with senior officials in the Singapore government and regional health institutions.
• Strong understanding of the global health landscape, including key funders, multilaterals and policy processes such as WHO, WHA and G20 health tracks.
• Track record of winning and growing client relationships or funded programs.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate with ministers, funders and media.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies for messages, key messages, fact sheets, social media posts and digital materials and mobilize teams accordingly.
• Build strong relationships with top-tier media outlets to secure coverage for client goals.
• Lead client calls and meetings and mentor team members on effective delivery.
• Coordinate events, identify speakers and develop agendas for high-level stakeholder engagement.
• Provide strategic counsel to clients by understanding background and nuance across priority issue areas.
