Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant communications experience.
• Proven experience managing and executing communications campaigns.
• Strong content development, writing and editorial skills.
• Good understanding of social media, digital communications and channels.
• Content production and campaign execution experience is advantageous.

• Conceptualise, develop and execute communications campaigns to promote organisational programmes, initiatives and people.
• Develop engaging content across platforms, including social media and digital channels.
• Support end-to-end campaign execution from concept to production and implementation.

• Develop and review materials to ensure messaging and brand consistency.
• Provide branding and editorial oversight for communications initiatives.
• Work with internal stakeholders to develop effective approaches and materials.
• Ensure content is accurate and aligned with organisational objectives.
• Develop staff engagement initiatives to strengthen culture.
• Create communications that engage employees across functions.
• Support internal campaigns and employee communications.
• Provide communications counsel to internal stakeholders.
• Partner with departments to understand needs and propose approaches.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines; participate in crisis communications planning.
• Assist in emergency preparedness exercises and communications planning.
