Job summary

MCI Career Services in Singapore is seeking a fundraising/ngo operations professional to build partnerships and manage volunteers and donors. The role involves developing fundraising strategies, policies, and events to support the Home's services.

You will oversee donations, manage volunteer deployment and communications, and promote the Home's brand across platforms, including publications and media releases. Canva proficiency is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Experience in fundraising or NGO operations.

Responsibilities

• Create, build and maintain partnerships with stakeholders to secure resources for the Home's services.
• Grow volunteer and donor pool by sourcing new prospective volunteers and donors.
• Maintain the Home's volunteer and donor database and respond to inquiries.
• Develop fundraising strategies, plans and targets.
• Establish fundraising policies and execute action plans/events.
• Oversee donations and ensure targets are met.
• Oversee deployment of volunteers and staff in their roles.
• Develop volunteers through training and matching.
• Promote the Home's vision and brand across platforms.
• Create publications, media releases and brand materials; Canva proficiency.
