Job summary

Unknown is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to oversee a team across multiple shopping mall sites. You will manage daily operations, coordinate with contractors and ensure service delivery to clients.

The role requires a degree in Real Estate/Facilities Management and experience leading teams in commercial properties, plus Fire Safety Manager certification. Multisite management and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in Real Estate or Facilities Management or equivalent.
• Proven experience leading a team in managing commercial properties or extensive managerial FM experience.
• Fire Safety Manager certification.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to manage multiple sites across locations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of property officers, technicians and admin personnel on daily works.
• Liaise with contractors, supervise works, and implement improvements.
• Handle tenancy and lease management, advertising and promotions.
• Prepare and submit management reports to the Client.
• Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
