The role involves liaising with contractors, implementing improvements, handling tenancy and lease issues, and preparing management reports for the client. You should be proactive, independent and communicate effectively.

Qualifications

• Degree in Real Estate/Facilities Management or equivalent
• Fire Safety Manager certification
• Proactive, independent and able to work with minimal supervision and under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Service oriented mindset
• Working location: manage multiple sites

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of property officers, technicians and admin staff on daily works in shopping malls and oversee operations
• Liaise with and supervise contractors; recommend and implement improvement works; address client feedback and service requests
• Handle tenancy and lease management, advertising and promotions management
• Prepare and submit management reports to the client
• Any other duties assigned by the Supervisor
