Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Commercial Planning Senior Analyst to lead demand planning and annual targets, and to develop weekly shipment forecasts. This role partners with commercial, operations and finance to align on stock and sales performance.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in planning, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, and a focus on food import/export planning. Mon‑Fri, Singapore site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in reputable tertiary institution completed in relevant fields (Engineering, Business Admin, Economics, Supply Chain, Logistics).
• At least 3 years in planning processes, esp. Production/S&OP, Logistics or Sales Planning.
• Experience in food products import/export planning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Elaborate demand plan and sales target for yearly budget and quarterly cycles.
• Create consistent weekly shipment forecast and ensure alignment with plan; mitigate deviations.
• Provide clarity of information to manage sales and shipment performance across commercial, operations and finance.
• Support stock management to prevent stockouts or excesses and address critical stocks.
• Identify portfolio opportunities considering production surpluses and demand gaps.
• Provide analytical reports and scenarios as requested by management.
