Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Supply Planner / Demand Planner to drive demand forecasts and production plans across regional markets. The role focuses on optimizing stock, reducing stockouts and balancing supply with demand, in an FMCG environment.

You will monitor forecast accuracy, coordinate with factories, procurement, sales and marketing, and contribute to efficient master production scheduling. The position is based near Lorong Chuan MRT.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on planning experience.
• Food / beverage / perishable FMCG experience preferred.
• Strong Excel and ERP / planning system knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage SKU demand forecasts across regional/global markets.
• Develop production plans based on demand and inventory.
• Optimize stock levels and minimise stockouts / excess inventory.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and resolve demand-supply gaps.
• Coordinate closely with factories, procurement, sales and marketing.
