Job summary

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hands-on planning experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP/SCM systems. This position offers a dynamic, regional scope within FMCG/related sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on supply chain planning experience.
• Experience with demand and supply planning.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Working knowledge of ERP or supply chain planning systems.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• FMCG, Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage rolling demand forecasts across international markets.
• Analyse sales trends, seasonality and promotional activities.
• Translate demand forecasts into production and supply plans.
• Optimise inventory levels and safety stock across regional markets.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and identify supply-demand gaps.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Procurement and production teams.
• Manage raw material availability and production constraints.
• Support S&OP discussions and resolve potential stockout risks.
