Job summary

Trina Solar Co. is seeking an experienced business development professional to acquire overseas data-center clients and build lasting partnerships. You will work with internal teams to create green, integrated solutions and drive timely sales closures.

You will scale a partner network to enable end-to-end project delivery and target leading compute-power enterprises to expand revenue and market share across regions. Strong English and Mandarin, plus travel willingness, are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above; International Trade, Business, Marketing, Energy or related majors preferred.
• 8-10 years of relevant experience, minimum 3-5 years in overseas data-center commercial development, familiar with regional business models, standards and regulations.
• Existing connections with global compute-power enterprises in the data-center sector are an advantage.
• Business-level proficiency in English and Mandarin for Greater-China client engagement and cross-regional internal collaboration; capable of independent negotiation, contract review and stakeholder communication.
• Strong business development, negotiation and resource-integration skills; able to independently drive client, project and partner development.
• Goal-driven, accountable, resilient and innovative.
• Willing and eligible for frequent cross-border business travel; able to handle demanding multi-market workloads.

Responsibilities

• Acquire overseas data-center clients and build long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver green integrated solutions and drive sales closure.
• Develop and scale partner network for end-to-end project delivery.
• Target global compute-power enterprises to grow revenue and market share.
• Coordinate with technical and commercial teams to develop proposals for data center + PV + storage projects.
• Own commercial negotiations, contracts, pricing, and delivery timelines.
