Qualifications

• 10+ years in general insurance with at least 5 years in underwriting operations
• Strong knowledge of commercial and specialty insurance products
• Experience leading multi-function operations teams
• Proven track record in process improvement and service delivery
• Experience with offshore/shared services or operational transitions is a plus
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to engage with senior management across functions
• Qualifications in operational excellence, process improvement, or project management are advantageous
