Job summary

Placement Professionals, LLC is seeking an organized insurance agency administrator to support general and automotive insurance operations in Singapore. You will calculate premiums, respond to client inquiries via email and WhatsApp, and maintain accurate records while driving new business leads and retention.

The role requires knowledge of general lines insurance and the ability to mentor the administrative team, ensuring efficient workflows and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in general lines, automotive insurance, or similar roles.
• Good knowledge of General Insurance products and processes (quotations, policy terms, NCD, claims, insurer requirements).
• Completion of General Insurance papers (BCP, PGI & ComGI) is a strong advantage.
• Strong written and spoken English for diverse customers.

Responsibilities

• Calculate coverage premium estimates and coordinate with underwriters.
• Address customer questions via email and WhatsApp with professionalism.
• Log customer details and keep records updated in the system.
• Pursue business leads to drive new accounts and conversions.
• Oversee contract extension workflows with policyholders and carriers.
• Maintain filing systems for policies and documentation.
• Nurture relationships through regular communication with customers and partners.
• Direct day-to-day administrative functions and ensure timely resolution of issues.
