Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years of collections/recoveries experience and 2 years in a team-management role.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Comfortable working with data, reporting and collections systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage delinquent accounts and recovery strategies across arrears stages.
• Negotiate repayment plans, settlements and restructuring arrangements.
• Manage external recovery agents, lawyers and other service providers.
• Lead and develop a team of collection officers.
• Monitor portfolio performance and prepare management reports.
• Ensure all collection and recovery activities comply with regulations and internal policies.
