Job summary

TDCX Group is seeking a seasoned Technical Sales Engineer to act as the main technical expert in a fast-paced, partner-led Cloud ecosystem. You will support partners and internal sales reps to achieve the Technical Win, stepping into complex deals to remove blockers and design scalable Cloud solutions.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in technical sales engineering within cloud environments, with strong communication skills in English and a track record of solution-focused client engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• Must hold a professional-level Cloud certification (e.g., Professional Cloud Architect) or a specialized track certification.
• Minimum of 5 years as a technical sales engineer or in a customer-facing systems engineering role within a Cloud computing environment.

Responsibilities

• Architectural Engineering & Technical Validation: translate business requirements into scalable Cloud blueprints and resolve design bottlenecks.
• Ecosystem Empowerment & Specialized Consulting: enable third-party channel networks and deliver solution briefings and prototypes.
• Cross-Functional POD Architecture: collaborate with BDUs, DSRs, and Field Sales to drive high-priority opportunities.
• Technical Asset Synthesis & Governance: document architectural milestones in Salesforce and ensure deployment artifacts are accurate.
