Job summary

Talent First is seeking a Presales Engineer / Solutions Architect to provide technical consultation and design for enterprise cloud and Kubernetes environments. You will understand customer requirements, design cloud-native solutions, and deliver demonstrations and PoCs.

The role emphasizes strong customer-facing skills and collaboration with internal teams to drive presales activities and solution improvements.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of IT experience, ideally in presales, solutions architecture or technical consulting.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes/K8s and Linux environments.
• Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Good understanding of Kubernetes architecture, storage and networking concepts.
• Knowledge of backup, data protection, disaster recovery or enterprise storage.
• Strong presentation, communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Design cloud-native solutions covering data protection, recovery and business continuity.
• Conduct technical presentations, solution demonstrations and proof-of-concept activities.
• Support customers across Kubernetes and public cloud environments.
• Work with internal teams and customers through presales and evaluation processes.
• Gather customer feedback and provide input for solution improvements.
