Job summary

JAPAN BUSINESS SYSTEMS ASIA PACIFIC PTE. LTD. is seeking a technical professional to design, implement, migrate, and support Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions for APAC customers. You will collaborate with Engineering and engage with Japan HQ, providing expertise across Entra ID and security solutions.

The role is customer-facing and requires proactive problem-solving, knowledge sharing, and ongoing learning to keep up with evolving Microsoft cloud technologies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in Microsoft cloud, infrastructure, or a related technical environment.
• Experience in design, implementation, operation, or support of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, or Microsoft Teams.
• Experience in infrastructure design and implementation using Microsoft Azure.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 using the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to investigate and resolve technical issues.
• Ability to understand business context behind technical requirements, not just procedures.
• Strong communication skills with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• High proficiency in Japanese for Japan HQ and Japanese-speaking customers.
• Business-level English for APAC communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, operate, or support Microsoft cloud services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, or Microsoft Teams to meet business requirements.
• Develop and execute infrastructure design and implementation using Microsoft Azure.
• Administer Microsoft 365 environments through the Microsoft 365 Admin Center to ensure smooth operations.
• Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues independently to isolate root causes and implement effective resolutions.
• Communicate clearly with customers, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate collaboration and issue resolution.
• Use Japanese language skills to engage with Japan headquarters and Japanese speaking customers on technical and business matters.
