Job summary

DIRECT SEARCH ASIA PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Systems Officer to provide professional support and administration for the Microsoft 365 cloud environment and related IT infrastructure.

The role supports users in office, remote and vessel environments, delivering reliable, secure and high-performing services. You will design and deploy Microsoft 365 solutions, manage Intune and Defender, provide Level 1–2 helpdesk support, handle after-hours standby, monitor health, coordinate hardware lifecycle,

Qualifications

• At least two years of hands-on experience administering and supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
• More than 3 years of Level 1/2 IT support in a medium-size or large enterprise environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Defender.
• Strong customer service, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to provide after-hours standby support and travel overseas when operationally required.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft 365 solutions to support business needs.
• Administer Microsoft 365 environment ensuring availability and performance.
• Configure and maintain Intune and Defender per org requirements.
• Provide Level 1/2 helpdesk support, including remote assistance.
• Participate in after-hours standby and travel as needed.
• Monitor system health and test for performance and security.
• Plan lifecycle management of IT hardware.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and onboard/offboard staff.
• Create and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and user guides.
• Coordinate with vendors for issue resolution onsite and remotely.
