Job summary

NCS Pte Ltd is seeking a senior Microsoft 365 leader to drive end-to-end technical leadership, governance, and innovation across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem in Singapore. The role focuses on operations, architecture, and effective delivery of new M365 services and business solutions.

Ideal candidates bring deep M365 expertise, strong Entra ID security knowledge, and enterprise-scale deployment experience, with a track record in guiding PoCs, pilots, and AI-enabled transformations.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 platform technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, security and compliance.
• Experience with PowerShell, Microsoft Graph and automation.
• Strong solution architecture and integration experience.
• Enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 deployment and support experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical leadership and governance across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Drive operations for Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Viva, Purview, Defender, Entra ID, Power Platform and Copilot.
• Design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions for new business requirements.
• Evaluate and adopt new Microsoft 365 services and roadmap capabilities.
• Lead PoCs, pilots and AI-related innovation initiatives, including Copilot.
• Define security, compliance and governance controls for platforms.
• Provide technical leadership, architecture reviews and mentoring.
• Engage stakeholders and act as trusted advisor for digital workplace transformation.
• Lead M365 migration, modernization and transformation projects.
