You will drive architecture, choose scalable patterns, and ensure secure, high-performance solutions while collaborating with product owners and analysts. The role requires senior Java/Microservices expertise, cloud experience, and a track record of delivering enterprise-grade software.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading application development teams in financial services, corporate banking preferred.
• Strong hands-on Java, Spring Boot, microservices and cloud platform expertise.
• Experience using AI-powered engineering tools to boost productivity, design, quality, testing and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of application developers to design, build, and deploy robust corporate banking applications.
• Drive the technical roadmap, system architecture, and design patterns for scalability, security, and performance.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end SDLC using Agile methodologies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
