Qualifications
- Proven experience leading application development teams in financial services, corporate banking preferred.
- Strong hands-on Java, Spring Boot, microservices and cloud platform expertise.
- Experience using AI-powered engineering tools to boost productivity, design, quality, testing and operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of application developers to design, build, and deploy robust corporate banking applications.
- Drive the technical roadmap, system architecture, and design patterns for scalability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Oversee end-to-end SDLC using Agile methodologies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
