Job summary

SingHealth Investigational Medicine Unit (IMU) is a dedicated early phase clinical research unit supporting trials for partners and investigators across Asia. As part of the research support and administration team, you will handle healthy volunteer recruitment, outreach campaigns, inquiries, and database updates, assisting CRCs in protocol-driven recruitment.

You will manage meetings, filing, and tracking worksheets, and support training events, while mentoring junior colleagues to foster

Qualifications

• Degree in Science or relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of secretarial and administrative experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Flexible about working hours due to events and projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver trial-related services and support the administration of clinical trials.
• Coordinate healthy volunteer recruitment campaigns and outreach.
• Update volunteer database and assist CRCs with recruitment per protocol.
• Organise meetings, filing, and monthly tracking submissions.
• Support training courses, seminars, and conferences for participants.
• Oversee and mentor junior team members and foster teamwork.
