SingHealth Investigational Medicine Unit is seeking an organized administrative assistant to support trial operations. You will assist in recruitment of clinical trial volunteers, schedule screening appointments and visits, and handle public inquiries.

In addition, you will manage data entry into the in-house database, coordinate meetings and courses, maintain office inventory and equipment, and assist with procurement requests to keep the department running smoothly.

Competenze

• Diploma in any discipline.
• At least 2 years of working experience, preferably in health sciences or research.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and meticulous, adaptable teamwork.

Mansioni

• Recruit clinical trial volunteers and coordinate scheduling of screening appointments and visits.
• Attend to enquiries from the public and manage data entry into the in-house database.
• Provide logistical and administrative support, including scheduling meetings and courses.
• Maintain office inventory/equipment and support procurement requests.
