Job summary

SingHealth Investigational Medicine Unit (IMU) is seeking a motivated and meticulous administrator to support trial-related services and manage administrative tasks for clinical trials. You will recruit healthy volunteers, oversee outreach campaigns, handle public enquiries, maintain the volunteer database, and assist Clinical Research Coordinators in recruitment according to protocol.

In addition, you will organise meetings, filing systems, and monthly tracking worksheets, and support training

Qualifications

• Degree in Science or relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of secretarial and administrative experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Possesses initiative and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Recruit healthy volunteers and oversee outreach campaigns.
• Attend to public enquiries and update the volunteer database.
• Assist Clinical Research Coordinators in recruitment according to protocol.
• Organise meetings and maintain office filing systems.
• Submit monthly tracking worksheets to management.
• Assist in administration and logistics of training courses, seminars and conferences.
• Oversee, mentor, and train junior team members.
