Singapore Health Services Pte Ltd (SingHealth HQ) invites applications for an administrative role in the SingHealth Investigational Medicine Unit. You will support recruitment, schedule screenings and visits, and handle enquiries from the public to ensure smooth trial operations.

You will also assist with data entry into the in-house system, manage meeting and course scheduling, and maintain office inventory and procurement requests.

Formación

• Diploma in any discipline.
• At least 2 years of working experience, preferably in health sciences or research.
• Meticulous, resourceful, adaptable with good organisational skills.
• Good written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in recruitment of clinical trial volunteers.
• Schedule screening appointments and visits; attend to public enquiries.
• Assist in database management with timely data entry into in-house system.
• Provide logistical and administrative support: scheduling meetings and courses, maintaining office inventory and equipment, supporting procurement requests.
