SingHealth Investigational Medicine Unit (IMU) is seeking a Senior Assistant Manager to deliver trial-related services and support the administration of clinical trials contracted to IMU. You will drive healthy volunteer recruitment, oversee outreach campaigns, respond to public enquiries, and maintain the volunteer database.

The role also involves organizing meetings, managing office filing, and preparing monthly tracking worksheets for management.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Science or relevant field.

Aufgaben

• Deliver trial-related services and support the administration team for clinical trials contracted to IMU.
• Lead healthy volunteer recruitment, oversee outreach campaigns and respond to public enquiries.
• Update the volunteer database and assist CRCs in recruiting volunteers per protocol requirements.
• Organise meetings, maintain filing systems and submit monthly tracking worksheets to management.
• Assist in admin and logistics of training courses, seminars and conferences for internal and external participants.
• Oversee, mentor and conduct on-the-job training for junior team members to foster teamwork and continuous learning.
