Job summary

Sengkang General Hospital is seeking a proactive administrator to support the hospital's clinical governance framework, helping develop and maintain hospital-wide policies, procedures, and forms. You will coordinate work plans and ensure regulatory compliance.

Working with Clinical Heads of Department and other stakeholders, you will monitor departmental initiatives, facilitate governance activities and provide secretariat support to the Medical Board to ensure timely meetings and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently.
• Experience in healthcare administration is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support the hospital's clinical governance framework, including development, implementation and maintenance of policies, procedures and forms.
• Provide secretariat support to the Medical Board and coordinate its meetings and deliverables.
