Job summary

Tan Tock Seng Hospital is seeking a role within the Clinical and Patient Engagement Office to support operationalizing the Quality & Clinical Governance Plan, focusing on clinical feedback management and medico-legal dispute resolution. You will liaise with parties, conduct investigations, facilitate meetings and replies, and undertake negotiations.

You will also identify learning opportunities to enhance patient-clinician engagement and assist with department/management reporting and analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication and facilitation skills.
• Good critical thinking and situational management skills.

Responsibilities
