SingHealth Group is seeking a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager for Patient Safety (Clinical Governance) to strengthen safety culture and governance across clinical care areas. The role involves medical records review, incidents analysis, and leading improvement initiatives within a dynamic hospital environment.

The successful candidate will prepare detailed reports, maintain databases, and contribute to quality improvement projects while collaborating with healthcare professionals.

Formación

• Degree in healthcare-related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years healthcare experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge in Patient Safety, Clinical audit processes, Medical record review, Root Cause Analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Review, investigate and analyse clinical incidents and review medical records.
• Ensure hospital compliance with regulatory requirements and standards; conduct audits.
• Facilitate collaboration to develop safety programs and drive patient safety initiatives.
• Implement initiatives to reduce patient harm and improve outcomes; contribute to QI efforts.
• Serve as a resource for clinical departments on patient safety issues.
• Support training programs, workshops and education related to Patient Safety.
• Assist senior management in leadership-ground-connect sessions to promote safety culture.
