SingHealth Group in Singapore is seeking a Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager for the Medical Board (Clinical Governance). You will support the hospital's clinical governance framework, helping develop and maintain hospital-wide policies, procedures and forms, and facilitate work plans.

Working with Clinical Heads and clinicians, you will ensure regulatory compliance, monitor initiatives, coordinate governance activities, and provide secretariat support to the Medical Board to ensure meetings

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related discipline
• Prior experience in healthcare administration, or hospital operations advantageous
• Keen interest in health systems, healthcare policy and clinical governance
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skill
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and resourcefully
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Aufgaben

• Support the hospital's clinical governance framework, including development, implementation and maintenance of hospital-wide policies, procedures and forms, and facilitation of work plans
• Work closely with Clinical Heads of Department, clinicians and stakeholders to ensure regulatory and legislative compliance, monitor initiatives and coordinate governance activities
• Provide secretariat support to the Medical Board, ensuring smooth execution of meetings and deliverables
