Job summary

Sengkang General Hospital Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated patient safety and clinical governance specialist to review and analyze clinical incidents, medical records and safety-related data.

You will work closely with healthcare professionals across the organisation to strengthen safety culture and drive improvements in care quality. The role supports the development of safety programmes, compliance monitoring and quality improvement initiatives, with autonomy to identify risks and propose

Qualifications

• Degree in a healthcare-related discipline preferred; candidates from non-healthcare disciplines with strong knowledge of the hospital care setting may also be considered
• Minimum 2 years of relevant healthcare experience; entry-level candidates with a strong interest in patient safety and health systems may be considered
• Knowledge of patient safety, clinical audit processes, medical record review or Root Cause Analysis methodology will be advantageous
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to review, investigate and interpret clinical information and data
• Meticulous, responsible and able to work independently in a dynamic environment
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams
