Sengkang General Hospital is seeking a dedicated professional to lead the execution and governance of its Institutional Research Programme. You will work closely with Principal Investigators and stakeholders to drive performance, ensure funding compliance, and achieve strategic research objectives.
Your oversight includes workplans, KPIs, funding outcomes, risk identification, and continuous improvement. You will also contribute to programme governance, institutional reporting, and strategic
Competenze
- Degree in Life Sciences or related discipline with relevant research administration experience.
- Experience with IRB/ethics processes and research methodologies is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess issues, risks and propose actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
