Sengkang General Hospital is seeking a proactive administrator to support the hospital's clinical governance framework, helping develop and maintain hospital-wide policies, procedures, and forms. You will coordinate work plans and ensure regulatory compliance.

Working with Clinical Heads of Department and other stakeholders, you will monitor departmental initiatives, facilitate governance activities and provide secretariat support to the Medical Board to ensure timely meetings and deliverables.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently.
• Experience in healthcare administration is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Working closely with Clinical Heads of Department, clinicians and other stakeholders, you will ensure compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements, monitor the implementation of departmental initiatives, and coordinate clinical governance activities. You will also provide secretariat support to the Medical Board, ensuring the smooth execution of its meetings and deliverables.
