Singapore Health Services Pte Ltd (Eastern General Hospital) is seeking a data analytics and policy professional to support the Medical Board and department through standardized analytical frameworks, data extraction, cleaning, analysis and reporting of datasets.

You will contribute to manpower projections, population health analytics, and clinical policy initiatives while coordinating licensing and audit preparations across quality, safety and governance functions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with at least 4 years of relevant working experience or Diploma with at least 10 years’ relevant working experience.
• Experience in healthcare sector (hospital or community setting) is an advantage.
• Prior experience with basic data analytics and policy governance is ideal.
• Knowledge of ICD-10 and Classification of Health Interventions/Surgeries would be an advantage.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Team player with ability to manage cross-functional relationships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders in a fluid environment.
• Good analytical, presentation and writing skills with ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Ability to handle complex, ambiguous, and challenging situations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop standardised analytical frameworks and perform data extraction, cleaning, analysis and reporting of clinical and non-clinical datasets.
• Conduct manpower projections and population health analytics using quantitative, qualitative and geospatial data.
• Support licensing, quality, safety, and clinical policy initiatives and coordinate licensing matters for audits.
• Assist in meetings of Quality Audit Committees and Clinical Committees with follow-up actions.
• Develop and monitor institutional-level clinical policies and engage stakeholders across the organisation.
