Job summary

Fitch Learning Singapore is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to oversee a defined portfolio of strategic B2B accounts in the South East Asia region from our Singapore office. You will grow the portfolio by building strong relationships with client contacts and identifying new logo opportunities, while collaborating with our trainer faculty and product specialists to design learning solutions.

Strong relationship management and sales experience in financial services education.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to translate client needs into effective learning solutions.
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities

Engage with clients and prospects to understand learning needs and translate into solutions.
Position Fitch Learning by acting as a thought leader in learning and financial markets.
Manage portfolio through strategic analysis, relationship building and winning new business.
Understand financial markets to support design of learning solutions that add value.
Convert opportunities into booked business through persuasive proposals and Salesforce tracking.
Produce revenue forecasts from your pipeline and manage handover to delivery teams.
