Job summary

Dentsu Singapore seeks a Client Partner to provide strategic recommendations and manage resources to meet client marketing needs. You will be a trusted advisor, translate insights into growth opportunities, and lead day-to-day activities across teams to deliver integrated solutions.

You will own client relationships at senior levels, drive revenue and margins, and shape forward‑looking partnership strategies.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years in a Client Partner or senior client leadership role.
• Total of 14+ years of experience in account management or strategy in a media/integrated agency.
• Proven track record of winning, growing, and retaining large, strategic accounts.
• Experience delivering commercial growth in matrixed and virtual organisations.

Responsibilities

• Lead across priority client relationships, shaping marketing, media and growth strategy.
• Own revenue, margin, retention and organic growth across the client portfolio.
• Draft and design SOWs for new scopes or projects; manage client directors and teams.
• Identify opportunities, set strategic ambition, and strengthen long-term advocacy.
