Job summary

Dentsu Group Inc. is seeking a Client Services Director/Client Partner to build strong upstream relationships with clients, drive sustainable business growth, and support senior leadership in delivering a client business plan across the dentsu/Tag network.

This role leads strategic pitches, mobilises integrated teams, and champions client outcomes. You will manage cross-functional teams, maintain high-morale, and ensure delivery on objectives and culture across major accounts.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in growth strategies for interactive marketing agencies.
• Extensive experience leading complex pitches from brief to deal closure.
• 12+ years in Account Management with industry best practices.
• Degree in Mass Communication, Business and/or Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall client relationships and the senior client management team.
• Deliver the service proposition and end-to-end management for key clients.
• Translate client vision into clear business requirements and coordinate resources accordingly.
• Drive proactive client development with innovative, creative solutions.
• Lead strategic pitches and new business opportunities across the network.
• Develop and mentor teams across dentsu/Tag to sustain performance.
