Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in client services, account management, or a similar role (experience requirements may vary by level).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM or project management tools is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
• Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients and internal stakeholders.
