Dentsu is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Corporate Development in Singapore to drive end-to-end execution of strategic transactions and projects across the group’s portfolio. You will lead deal structuring, due diligence, and integration efforts, and partner with global teams to optimize growth opportunities.

The role requires strong financial modelling, deal execution experience, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
• Proven experience in corporate development, M&A, investment banking, or deal advisory.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to advise senior stakeholders.
• Advanced financial modelling, valuation and analytical capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Support portfolio optimization initiatives and value creation tracking.
• Analyze market trends and whitespace opportunities for inorganic growth.
• Collaborate with Group M&A teams through all lifecycle phases: screening, due diligence, negotiation, integration.
• Manage the deal pipeline and reporting to Group M&A teams.
• Lead the transaction process for buy-side and sell-side engagements.
• Review LOIs, SPAs and related documents to mitigate risks.
