Job summary

Dentsu is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Global Corporate Development in Singapore to drive end-to-end execution of strategic transactions and projects across acquisitions, divestitures, partnerships, and investments. This role requires strong financial acumen, deal execution experience, and cross-functional leadership to create long-term value across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in corporate development, M&A, investment banking, or strategy.
• Strong commercial acumen to evaluate opportunities and advise senior stakeholders.
• Advanced financial modelling, valuation, and analytical capabilities.
• Deep understanding of sell-side and buy-side M&A processes and deal execution.
• Track record of operating in fast-paced environments with multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Support portfolio optimisation, including performance assessments and value creation tracking.
• Analyse market trends and whitespace opportunities to support inorganic growth.
• Collaborate with M&A teams across groups for strategic screening, due diligence, negotiation, and integration.
• Manage deal pipeline and liaison with regional teams and Group M&A for reporting.
• Lead transactions from lead to post-completion integration for buy- and sell-side deals.
• Review and develop deal structures, adapt to strategic and commercial rationales, and mitigate risks.
