Qualifications

10+ years of experience in digital advertising or related roles.
Proven ability to manage strategic client partnerships and hit revenue targets.
Strong understanding of Gaming & Apps advertising ecosystems.
Exceptional consultative selling and executive-facing negotiation skills.
Experience leading cross-functional programs across Product, Engineering, Measurement, Creative, and Sales.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic account plans for Gaming & Apps advertisers to drive revenue growth.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with client and agency stakeholders, including executives.
Develop full-funnel sales strategies from awareness to retention tailored to clients’ goals.
Identify and win new business opportunities across existing and prospective accounts.
Champion Pinterest's advertising solutions to executives, translating platform value into business outcomes.
Lead cross-functional collaboration across Measurement, Performance Solutions, Creative, Product, Engineering and Policy.
Integrate AI thoughtfully into account strategy and sales motions to increase productivity.
