Job summary

BeathChapman Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Senior Client Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of corporate Employee Benefits clients. You will lead relationship management, renewals, and strategic advisory to optimise benefits programmes and drive portfolio growth.

The role requires at least 5 years in Employee Benefits broking or corporate client management, strong insurer relationships, and a commercial mindset to support new business development in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Employee Benefits broking, consulting, or corporate client management.
• Strong knowledge of group insurance products and insurer relationships.
• Experience managing corporate accounts, renewals, and insurer negotiations.
• Analytical skills in claims analysis, loss ratios, and benchmarking.
• Commercially driven with experience supporting new business development.
• Singapore-recognised insurance or professional qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen relationships with corporate clients and senior stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end renewal process including insurer negotiations and placement.
• Analyse claims experience and premium movements to provide insights.
• Advise on benefits programme design, benchmarking and cost optimisation.
• Prepare renewal proposals and portfolio reviews for stakeholders.
• Oversee servicing and claims escalations to ensure client satisfaction.
• Support business development including tenders, proposals and presentations.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to grow the portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
