Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in group insurance products and insurer relationships.
• Experience managing corporate accounts, renewals and placements.
• Analytical capabilities in claims, loss ratios and benchmarking.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with corporate clients including HR and senior management.
• Lead end-to-end renewal process, including insurer negotiations and placement.
• Analyse claims data to provide insights and recommendations.
• Advise on benefits programme design, market benchmarking and cost optimisation.
• Prepare renewal proposals and portfolio reviews for key stakeholders.
• Oversee complex servicing and escalations to ensure client satisfaction.
• Support business development through tenders, proposals and presentations.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to grow the portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
