Job summary

Willis Towers Watson Singapore is seeking a Senior Business Development Consultant within our Health & Group Benefits team to drive new business, manage client relationships, and deliver advisory solutions across health, risk, flexible benefits and wellness programs for leading Singaporean companies.

You will own the client lifecycle from outreach to delivery, lead projects, design benefit strategies, benchmark data, coordinate with regional specialists, and contribute to intellectual capital

Qualifications

3-5 years’ experience in a business development role or Health & Benefits consulting or brokerage role, or from a C&B function in industry.
Strong focus on customer service and client relationship management.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

Solicit and close New Business within established parameters.
Manage client relationships in benefits advisory and wellness.
Deliver quality advice and solutions to clients.
Lead local delivery of health and wellness solutions and coordinate with regional experts.
Project manage complex client projects, ensuring delivery on time and on budget.
Provide meaningful insights from cost and utilization data to clients.
