• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.

• Manage and service renewal accounts through intermediaries.
• Track renewal timelines and send renewal invitations on time.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure renewal data accuracy for billing.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to manage and resolve renewal escalations.
• Collaborate with operations on renewal-related operations.
• Work with claims to resolve related escalations and update intermediaries/clients.
• Ensure timely premium payments by clients.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
