Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in any discipline is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with claim processing is preferred.
• Excellent numeracy, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Experience with applied AI or workflow automation is a major plus.
• Proficiency in using generative AI tools to drive productivity is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Process – Assess about 50 claims daily, verify accuracy and policy adherence.
• Coordinate – Communicate with internal teams to ensure system functions as required.
• Investigate – Report data inaccuracies and suggest improvements for efficiency.
• Audit – Maintain records of documentation supporting claim approvals.
• Communicate – Respond clearly to emails/phone inquiries for customer experience.
