Job summary

SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) is seeking a Programme Operations specialist to join the Industry Development Division 2. You will oversee claims administration, payment operations and programme integrity, engaging with AI providers and CET stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate administration of claims and robust governance.

The role blends workforce development, AI adoption and programme governance, offering exposure to risk analytics, data-driven decision making and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in programme operations, claims management or governance.
• Experience with payments administration and risk analytics is a plus.
• Familiarity with workforce development or public sector grants is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding of AI solution providers into programme delivery.
• Assess provider readiness against operational, reporting, compliance and service requirements.
• Develop and maintain operational procedures, controls and implementation guidelines.
• Coordinate across policy, finance, procurement, technology and service delivery stakeholders.
• Manage claims verification processes and validate claims and supporting documents.
• Ensure claims processing is accurate, timely and compliant with funding rules.
• Identify control gaps and recommend process improvements to strengthen integrity.
• Support audit reviews, management reporting and assurance exercises.
