SkillsFuture Singapore Agency is seeking a dedicated professional to manage programme operations, claims processing and governance for the AI Subscription initiative under the NAII P. The role focuses on onboarding AI solution providers, ensuring compliance and accurate payments, and delivering data-driven insights to strengthen programme integrity.

Qualifikationen

At least 3 years of relevant experience in programme operations, claims management or related governance roles.
Experience with financial controls, audit or compliance functions is desirable.
Familiarity with data analytics and reporting to support decision-making.
Experience in workforce development or grants administration in tech/ICT sectors is an advantage.

Aufgaben

Oversee onboarding and integration of AI solution providers into programme delivery.
Manage claims verification, payment processing and supporting documentation.
Monitor governance, risk and assurance activities to safeguard programme integrity.
Develop and maintain operational procedures, controls and implementation guidelines.
