Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in construction tendering, technical engineering or project engineering.
• Strong experience with civil works, infrastructure or road/drainage works.
• Good knowledge of BCA requirements and tender processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications to determine project scope and technical requirements.
• Prepare engineering evaluations, including quantity take-offs, design reviews, and value-engineering options.
• Develop technical submissions such as method statements and construction methodologies.
• Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors for technical data and clarifications.
• Ensure all tender proposals comply with regulatory standards and identify technical risks.
